As the
children of the Camillian Social Center
Rayong began their trip to Leam Chabang
Port to visit Captain Scott Tait’s ship
the USS Mustin the weather was a little
over case with the definite threat of
rain as is very common at this time of
year in Thailand. However we had a few
spots on the way but the down pours held
off during our visit.
On
arrival at the ship we meet Mr., Peter
who was kind enough to arrange our visit
and were quickly whisked aboard. Captain
Tait’s crew where very kind and
carefully explained all the equipment
and for sure none of our children had
ever seen anything of this nature
before.
The
children had been very excited about the
visit from the night before after Mr,
Peter had rang-up one of our volunteers.
All the children and our staff had very
good fun running up and down all the
staircases and corridors. As with all
good things it was soon time too leave
but with very many fond memories of the
visit. |
